Exhibit Gallery: Vancouver Settlers Since 1859
It started as a logging town: with Hastings Sawmill building a whole community. This led to an entrepreneurial man serving the town’s thirsty workers. Then a sprawling city, literally burned down at it’s infancy and able to rise from the ashes and become the metropolis it is today. These are photos of the African Descent early movers, shakers and regular everyday fold that made Vancouver what it is today.
